Return Window

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. We accept returns on most products purchased directly from our website.

Condition of Items

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original packaging with all tags and accessories

  • In resalable condition

Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping for all approved U.S. returns.
Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label via email.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and process your return.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
